I started by stamping on the back of a piece of watercolor paper.
The back is not going to be shown, so you don't have to be careful. I added leaves to my flowers and even elongated the stem by free hand. It wont show, so you can do as you please.
I used my Aqua Painters and the lids of my ink pads to add color to the front. This card used Island Indigo and Gumball Green.
I tied some 7/16" Natural trim ribbon around the base layer, and frayed the edges a bit. The tag is added with a safety pin from the Vintage Trinkets embellishments.
This card uses Perfect Plumb and Crumb Cake.
I used a scrap of Victoria Crochet Trim and a Antique brad to attach the "Thank You"
I tied little knots with linen thread in the center of the flower.
The tutorial can be found at SplitcoastStampers.com
Both card used the Peaceful Petals stamp set.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
