No Bones About It

Hi Everyone.  Today I want to share a scrapbook page featuring the 'No Bones About It'.  This is a really fun stamp set for kids birthday cards and I have used it as such many times, but I was super happy to have it as I was going through some older photos that I wanted to scrap.

I used one of the leaves to create my own patterned paper.  I also used a maker to selectively ink only the Dino-rrific part of the "hope your birthday is Dino-rrific" stamp.

The Layered Letters Alphabet set is a great set to have on hand for scrapbooking and cards.

The colors I used here are Cherry Cobbler, Crushed Curry, Always Artichoke, and Dapper Denim.

Here is the sketched I used for this page.
If you would like more Scrapbook inspiration, why not join a Facebook page that has been set up just for that purpose? Myself and a few other demonstrators have created the Facebook group to share scrapbook pages using Stampin' Up! products.  You can join this group here...

Here is a fun card from the annual catalog.

And here are samples from the previous years catalog.  Such a fun stamp set, don't you think?

Avant Garden ~ A card all about Sale-a-Bration

Hi Everyone!  Today's card is all about Sale-a-Bration!  Are you aware of Sale-a-Bration?  Sale-a-Bration is an annual promotion from Stampin' Up! where you get to choose a FREE product from an exclusive Sale-a-Bration catalog for every $50 you spend.  This sale lasts for 3 months, so you have time to spread out your purchases or make one big one to maximize your host rewards.

I used THREE of the Sale-a-Bration products on this card.  I used the Avant Garden stamp set, the Delicate Details stamp set, and the Metallic Ribbon combo pack.
I stamped onto Shimmery White cardstock so that the paper would hold up to being wetted down.  This enabled me to get a blurry watercolor look.

Here is another version using the reverse side of the paper and Calypso Coral.

Lift Me Up! Getting back to scrapbooking

Hi everyone!  Today I thought I would share a recent Scrapbook page.  I have recently gotten back into using my Stampin' Up! projects for scrapbooking. It seems that I haven't made many pages now that Stampin' Up! no longer sells the digital program.  Back when I started with Stampin' Up! I was mainly a scrapbooker.  I wanted to document the year of my son's life  that my husband was going to miss while he was stationed up Iraq.  My son was turning 3 and that is a pretty cute year with lots of firsts and adventures.  I kept that going for a few years and got into card making as well.  Then when Stampin' Up! introduced their digital scrapbook program, I went all in and made a lot of pages that way.   I will admit, I still use that program and will continue to do so, but with some of my older photos that are printed out (pre-digital camera) I am going back to making some traditional pages!  I have teamed up with some other Stampin' Up! demonstrators to host a Facebook group called 'Stampin' Up! Scrapbooking Global'.  We have demonstrators from all around the globe and we are sharing pages using Stampin' Up! products!  This page is not just for demonstrators.  It is for anyone who is interested in scrapbooking.  You can join our page, and I hope you will!  Here is a link  It is a closed group, but ask to join and I will approve you.  Today's page is for a challenge where we were to make a page about ourselves. I used this photo from the April Stampin' Up! OnStage event.  I used the new Lift Me Up! bundle and the new Sale-a-Bration paper.

I love this new hot air balloon!  The whole set is great and the dies are amazing.  You get three sizes of hot air balloons, clouds and extra pieces to use as the background for the largest balloon, so that you can use multiple colors on it, so fun.
And, during Sale-a-Bration, if you purchase the Lift Me Up bundle for $53.00, you get the paper pack FREE!

Sale-a-Bration items are only available for a limited time, so act quickly.  Contact me with any questions you may have, I am happy to help! Product List

Thank You!! Five times!

Hi Everyone!! I just want to say Thank You!! I have so much to be thankful for and one of those things is you, my customers.  Sale-a-Bration is off to a good start and I want to give everyone who participates a big thanks with FIVE hand stamped cards made my me with every Sale-a-Bration order.  I made A LOT of cards over the year, so as you can image, even thought I try to send out birthday cards and thank you cards to my friends and family, I still have quite a lot left.  I make several for blogs and swaps and videos and classes and just for fun! So, to dwindle down my stash a bit, I thought I would share them with all of you.  I will be sure to send out a variety, so that you get some with different stamp sets, techniques, embossing or punches, dies and embellishments, you name it! I want you to see fun Stampin' Up! products of all kinds, so there may be a Christmas or a Halloween, a Birthday or fun fold, but I will make sure that at least one of the cards shows off a new Sale-a-Bration item and one an Occasions catalog item too, for some new inspiration.

Everyday Hero

Hi everyone!  Today I want to show you a fun new stamp set called "Everyday Hero".  I just love this stamp set!  It is perfect for my family of kids who love super heroes and comic books.  I have lots of heroes that I could send a card to as well, such as teachers or neighbors who help me out in some way.  Or some of the volunteers at church who do so much.

The stamp set has fun super hero imagery with a bunch of buildings and flowing capes, fun word bubble and WOW! I love the sayings too, especially the "is this yours? Because I think you're pretty super" Love it!!

I made a fun Scrapbook page with this set as well.
These pictures were taken a couple summers ago at the library.  They were having a summer reading program for the kids with a super here theme.
I think these stamps would work great for Project Life style scrapbooking as well.

The buildings are really fun.  I highlighted a few windows with the white pencil from the new watercolor pencils set.

I punched out lots of little starts as a fun accent, and paper pieced the cape with melon mambo and daffodil delight cardstock.

Such a fun set!!
