Flowering Desert

Hi Everyone!  Today I am sharing a card with a new-ish stamp set called Flowering Desert. I loved this set the minute I saw it because of the watercolor look to it, but also the whimsy of cacti.  I love that you can build different cactus plants and add flowers and build a pretty scene.  Although for this card I am just using the large cactus as a silhouette against a sunset sky.
As you may know, I love to watercolor, so I created this background with my Aqua Painters and some ink.

The colors used here are Gorgeous Grape, Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight, and Shaded Spruce, along with Basic Black.
I also used the new Stitched Rectangle Framelits, and I just can't get enough of these!! I think I have used them on 80% off the cards I have made since they came out!
