Happy Mistake

This card came about as a bit of a boo boo.  I  stamped the "Happy" stamp in Stazon because I wanted to use my Aqua Painters and Stazon is waterproof.  The problem is that I hadn't used Stazon in a long time and the pad was really dry, but I didn't realize it until after I had stamped my image.  I didn't want to waste my lovely Watercolor Wonder Designer Note Card, so I went ahead and colored it in, not sure what I would do with it.  Maybe cover it all up with a punch? 

I thought about coloring in the parts that were supposed to be black with my marker, but I thought there was no way I would do a good enough job to make nice straight lines.  Then I had an idea, what if nice straight lines didn't matter?  So I decided to make it look like a doodle.

I am pretty happy with how it turned out and I think it will be a great card for a teen.  So it is a "Happy" mistake :)
