I am using Shimmer Paint today, making projects for an upcoming event. Have you tried it yet? Stampin' Up! has several colors to choose from and they are all gorgeous. Shimmer paint can add a touch of elegance to a wedding card, sparkle to a snowy holiday card and whimsy to just about any project. Today I wanted to show three different ways to use Shimmer Paint on your cards and this card uses all three!
I have used the shimmer paint with a sponge to to swipe the card with the paint, a brush to add splatter, and I have also used it to ink up a stamp for the greeting. It looks great on dark cardstock but it is also beautiful on bright cards and even a white background. Check out the samples below to see it on a variety of colors.
