Quite Curvy Variety Bundle samples

Over the weekend I spent a lot of time with the Quite Curvy Variety Bundle. This is a special offering from Stampin' Up! that includes an early release stamp and die set, as well as a limited time Christmas Add-on stamp set and paper pack.

The Quite Curvy stamp set and Curvy dies will be featured in the spring January to June mini catalog, but you can get them now as part of this promotion.  The Curvy Christmas stamp set and Classic Christmas Paper are only here for a limited time and will not be part of a publication. You can order just the Quite Curvy bundle, or the Christmas offerings separately, or get the whole big bundle and save 10% off all of it!

I had planned to make one or two Christmas cards and a couple everyday cards so that I could show some of the ways to use the collection.  I ended up with a whole stack of cards because I kept thinking of other things I wanted to try.

Here are a few Christmas cards.

Here are a few samples to use for everyday occasions.

Notice that the Birthday card uses the Classic Christmas paper from the bundle.

The images were fun to color. I stamped a sheet of Whisper White cardstock with a lot of the bird, leave swag and floral swag images. I then colored them and cut them all out with the dies. Then I just kept making cards until I ran out.

The stamps and dies would work with any papers that you have.  The curvy dies add a bit of fun to the look of your projects.

Here I used the large leave swag both horizontally and vertically.  The leaves make a great border to transition from patterned paper to solid white.

Here I used the large leave swag for fall.  The card on the left uses Stampin' Up! Water Color Pencils to color the leaves, which were stamped on Sahara Sand cardstock.  The card on the right used Stampin' Blends.  The paper here is from the 'In Good Taste' designer series paper.

And this pretty card was accidently left out of one of my group shots, so it gets to be shown off all on it's own.

This is the Flowers for Every Season Designer Series Paper.

Here is a video I made about the bundle.  At the end I make two of the Christmas cards step by step so you can get a feel for the dies.
