Back On Your Feet Get Well Cards

I love the Back On Your Feet stamp set.  It's a cute way to send a Get Well to someone who's down.

The set included three cute little animals and some fun saying.

For this trio of cards I used some Punches and die cut shapes to make the backgrounds a little more fun.

I paired the giraffe with the Tailored Tag punch to create this background.  I thought it had a giraffe pattern feel to it.  I used Cinnamon Cider cardstock and ribbon, as well as Stampin' Blends to color in the giraffe.  The main images was stamped on a fun panel cut with the Stitched So Sweetly dies. I love the sweet little scalloped edges.

For the sloth I thought leaves would be fun.  I cut a bunch of leaves out on Old Olive cardstock with the Stitched leaves dies, and I sponged the edges with Old Olive ink.   The sloth is stamped on Basic White and cut out with the Stitched Shapes dies.

This cute little turtle is copied almost right out of the catalog.  I used the new Bumblebee cardstock here, and punched some shapes out with the Rectangle Postage stamp punch.  The Bumblebee gingham ribbon is my favorite ribbon from the annual catalog, so I was happy to use it here.

This is such a cute stamp set!

I made a video for these projects if you would like to see a step by step on how to color with the Stampin' Blends, and how to put these cards together.
