Hi everyone! I am finally playing around with the Gingerbread and Peppermint suite of products from Stampin' Up! I bought this whole suite right away when the Holiday catalog first came out, knowing that I would use it a ton for gift giving projects. I wasn't quite ready for baking and thinking about shopping until after Thanksgiving, so now I am finally getting around to using them!
First up, a gift card holder! I have made a similar gift card holder in the past with a mitten stamp, (here is that post) so I was super excited to see mitten cookies!! How cute! They were easy to cut out and worked perfectly to hold the gift card.
I also cut out some smaller cookies for the inside of the card.
See full how to for this card in my video below:
For some added fun I also used Embossing paste as "icing" for my card.
The Gingerbread and Peppermint Designer Series Paper is full of easy to cut out cookies that will be great for tags, cards and scrapbook pages. I am going to use them mostly for packaging! I give cookies to my friends and neighbors every year and this suite is going to be used for cute treat packaging!

Gingerbread and Peppermint Memories and more pack. This pack has great pieces to use as card elements or on scrapbook pages. My favorite pieces are the cooling racks (you get6!) and little oven mitts!!
These products retire at the end of the month and are currently while supplies last, so shop right away if you would like to get some of these pieces.
