Peppermint Mocha treat packaging

Hi Everyone! Today I have another treat made with the Gingerbread and Peppermint Designer Series Paper.  I have been using it all week, I just can't help myself!

My past posts have mostly been all about the Gingerbread part of the 'Gingerbread and Peppermint, so I am happy to be able to show you something with the Peppermint part!

I love coffee and anything even slightly coffee, so I tend to make packaging for the Starbucks instant coffees. I did a similar treat for the Pumpkin Spice using the Pretty Pumpkins stamps, and today I changed it up for the Peppermint Mochas. My thoughts on treat packaging is the keep it simple.  Yes I want it to be eye catching, but I also know that the treat will get eaten and the wrap probably tossed.

The Gingerbread and Peppermint Designer Series Paper is so fun for treat packaging. I used some simple patterns to decorate the pouch and then cut out some of the peppermint candies to embellish.

The Frosted Gingerbread stamp set had the perfect Sentiment for this "Sending you Peppermint Kisses".  You could also substitute with another Christmas stamp.  Use paper punches to cut out the candies or the dies that go with the stamp also comes with a variety of circle cut outs to use.

Take a look at the how to video for step by step directions and measurements.
