Reason To Celebrate Valentine's Day card

Hi Stamping Friends! Today I want to share a very simple Valentine's Day card. This is a quick and easy card, but is really soft and pretty with the help of the new Hearts of Love 3D embossing folder and Vellum.

When you run vellum through an embossing folder you get a soft impression. The embossed areas turn a little whiter. I layered the vellum over a card base of Pretty In Pink. I then added some heart embellishments from the Endless Love die set and the Reason To Celebrate stamp set for the sentiment. I anchored the images to the card with a strip of Designer Series Paper from the Made with Love pack.

I think the Reason to Celebrate stamp set is a great addition to any stamp collection. I love that there is a St. Patrick's Day! I will use this set for both cards and scrapbook pages.

The Made with Love designer series paper is going to get a lot of use in the next few months. It is of course great for Valentine's Day but it will be great all year too with the more geometric patterns and flowers.

The Hearts of Love embossing folder would be nice for weddings and anniversaries, as well as Valentine's Day.

Take a look at this fun sample from the catalog. The Hearts of Love embossing folder was inked up, then the Basic White Cardstock was added and run through the embossing machine to imprint the hearts with the pink ink and embossed at the same time. so fun!
