Everybunny Two

The set is just so cute I had to use it again.  This time I went with the hot air balloon bunny.  I love that he is dropping little blossoms from the balloon.  I decided to use the In-Colors for my pallet.  The card base is Primrose Petals.  I added a layer on top that went through the Chevron Embossing Folder.  The Chevron folder is the perfect compliment to the Easter egg.  The Ribbon is also Primrose Petals.
I stamped my main image onto a piece of scrap Whisper White paper.  I then lined up the Labels Collection Framelit where I wanted it, and ran it
through the Big Shot.

Notice that my balloon has been cut off.  This is OK, because we are going to stamp another one.

You don't need to stamp the whole image the second time, because all you need is the balloon.

I used Blender Pens ( # 102845 $9.95) to color the image in,.  When you use blender pens its a good idea to use Stazon Black (#101406 $7.95)  as your black ink, because it wont smear when you color in near it.  I also like to start with the lightest colors and work my way to the darkest.  I do this because with Blender pens you use the same pen for each color.   I like to pick up color by pressing the lid down while the ink pad is still closed.   When you open the pad, there will be a nice splotch of ink that you can use to color in your image.  Pick up some ink and start to color.  I like to start in the corners of my image where you might like the ink to be darkest, then work my way to the middle.  If you need to get more ink, remember to either write a bit on scratch paper or start back at the sides again so you don't get a much darker line in the middle of where you already colored.
In between colors, scribble the pen onto your scratch paper to finish off the last of the ink.  Now you are ready to pick up some ink in another color.

I then cut out the egg and glued it in place.

Thanks for stopping by!
