Scrap Maps

Hi everyone! This week my Facebook group "Mystery Kits" focused on using scraps! If you are not a part of my Facebook Group, consider joining and get in on the fun of monthly Mystery kits. These kits are free to team members and customers. Even if you are not a customer, if you are a someone who plays along with my challenges and contributes to the page, you can get a free kit too! We also have some color challenges and sketch challenges through out the month as well.

At the end of the month I try to do a Facebook live to put the Mystery Kits together! Well, this time I had a lot of technical difficulties with sound and internet connections. I ended up re-recording the video and posted it to YouTube and you can see that here:

Here are some of the Scrap Maps I showed in the video. I did not add sizes to the scraps on purpose because you can adjust so easily.

Once you use your patterned papers to create a background, it is really easy to add a label with a sentiment and some other stamped images or embellishments to finish the card.

This time I am Featuring the Flowering Cactus Product Medley. The Flowering Cactus Product Medley comes with a Stamp set, a Die set, a full 6 x 6 pack of Designer Series Paper, 2 rolls of Linen Thread (1 in natural linen and 1 in Calypso Coral) and 8 sheets of Embroidered Felt Flowers (4 each in Calypso Coral and Highland Heather).

When you purchase the Flowering Cactus Product Medley from me, you will get the Stamp Camp To Go Kits Free! You will get kits to make 5 cards and 1 treat box project. The kits have all the pieces, just add your own adhesive and inks. Butterfly Brilliance Collection from Stampin' Up!

Take a look at this pretty new collection of products from Stampin' Up! The Butterfly Bouquet suite

is so pretty. The Stamps and dies will be part of the next Annual Catalog that comes out in May, but the papers are a special just for now. While I really do love the stamps and dies, that paper is amazing!!

I made several projects with the collection and the paper was the star of the show on all of them. Check them out and then watch the how to video.

You can purchase part of the collection, or the whole suite and get a discounted price. The Stamp is one large stamp for $17. The die set is amazing with one large die that cuts all 6 butterflies at once, as well as 6 large detailed butterflies and some accent dies.

There are also two difference papers with this set, one is 6x6 and full of lovely patterns. The other set is a 12 x 12 2 sheets of wood looking papers with a wood grain texture embossed into the paper.
