This first card has the apple mounted onto Tahitian Tide. The Brick and Mortar embossed piece is splattered with Tahitian Tide and Parakeet Party ink.
I stamped the Welcome Back stamps in black onto Parakeet Party cardstock and added a fun Baker's Twine bow behind. Some In-Color matte dots add a little more fun.
The Welcome Back sentiment is from the Garden Birdhouses stamp set.
On this second version I decided to go for a more realistic brick color with Cajun Craze. We have a lot of red/orange brick in the Chicago area. I distressed the brick using the Soft Pastels.
The bricks are mounted onto Smokey Slate.
