Happy Easter Everybunny

I think the images in the Everybunny stamp set are so cute.  (#122707  $19.95 for clear mount)
I am one of those people who still like to color, way past my elementary school days.  This stamp set is perfect for coloring.  One of the ways I like to color is with Blender Pens (#102845 $9.95 set of 3).  Blender Pens give a more water colored look than coloring with straight markers, but are easier than real watercolor because they are less "wet" and give more control.  Simply pick up ink with the pen, I use the lid of my ink pad, and color.  One pen can be used for all your colors because once you are done with your color, simply run the pen over some scratch paper till it runs clear, then pick up some more ink with your second color.  You can also pick up color from pastels or watercolor crayons.
Here is how I do it.  I squeeze the lid of my ink pad so that the inside of the lid touches the ink pad.  Then when I open the lid, there is a nice bit of ink ready for me.

I shadowed around my image with just a bit of Bashful blue to make the image pop even more off the paper.  Sometimes I use River Rock for the shadow, but I went with blue this time since the bunny was brown.

Aren't they cute?

Thanks for stopping by!
