Bee Mine with the new Hexagons Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder

Hi Everyone!  Today I want to share this fun Valentine's Day card.  I just love the new Detailed Dragonflies Thinlits, and new I had to use those dies right away.  In the set is one little bee, so cute, and while I thought I would use the dragonflies first, it was the little bee that called out to me.

I used the brand new Hexagons Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder to create the base of this card.  This new folder is truly 'Dynamic' and the photos just don't do it justice.  The impressions is extra deep and has so much texture! I love both sides of the cardstock with this folder and had a hard time decided which side I wanted to use, so why not make 2?
The Pool Party card uses the folder with the hexagons popping out, the Crushed Curry has them going in.

I made a video showing how to use this new Embossing folder as it needs to be used a little differently than the standard embossing folders.

I like the little black thread behind the hearts, it sort of represents the flight of the bumblebee!
The words were spelled out with the Labeler Alphabet set, love that set!!

I hope you like today's project!
