Anytime a stamp set has a matching paper punch, I am unable to resist. The Beautiful Autumn bundle was no exception, I bought it on my first order from the new Fall/Holiday catalog. I love fall, so the leaves and papers in the Gilded Autumn suite are exactly the sort of products I enjoy using this time of year.
I made this card by first making a mask with a Heart shaped die from the Stitched Be Mine dies and a post it note. I then used my post it note heart as a stencil to sponge the background of the card in Cajun Craze. Before removing the stencil I also stamped the small leaves.
I stamped the small leaves and acorns on scraps of Cajun Craze, Mint Macaron and Crumb Cake. Some of them I embossed in Gold. I punched them all out with the Autumn Punch Pack.
I used the Gilded Autumn Designer series paper for the strips, and some linen thread for a bow.
