I spent a fun couple of afternoons using the Poinsettia Petals stamp set and dies. It was so easy to create project after project with this collection. And the coordination of stamps, dies and paper make each project a success. The product coordination with Stampin' Up! is one of the reasons I think it's the best! Below I will show some of the projects, and links to how to videos if I made one.
First up is this set of cards that pair Watercolor and Embossing techniques. I really love to watercolor! I made a couple varieties to show the different dies in this Huge Set!
Here is the video for this project.
This next card uses Red Velvet Paper to make Poinsettias to add to this Gold Hoop Embellishment. I really like this one, it's simple yet elegant.
I also used the dies and the Red Velvet Paper to make larger poinsettias. I plan to use these larger flowers on my small skinny tree that is in my hallway. I also want to put one or two on my daughter's headband, or maybe a hair clip. They would look perfect with her Christmas dress, which I will make her wear even though we aren't going anywhere do to covid :)
This trio started as a standard card, then I thought I should maybe have made a gift card holder, so I changed to pieces just slightly to turn it into a Gift card holder. I made a video to show you how to make a couple slight alterations to turn a standard card into a Gift Card holder.
This card uses the coordinating Poinsettia Place Designer Series Paper. The flowers were cut right from the paper. The only stamping is the greeting.
This is a pretty little gift bag. I don't have a video for this one just yet but I wanted to show the project to you.
This last card is a copy from the Holiday Mini Catalog.
This last video is all about the product collection and I sort of point out some highlights. I hope you will check it out.
