Coneflower Celebrations

Hi Stampin' Friends! Today  I want to show you a ton of cards that I made with the Coneflower Celebrations stamp set. This set was so fun and I just kept creating and creating and had to stop myself so I could post or I would have gone on for days.  I know that I will use this stamp and die set many more times. I see a few scrapbook pages with it in the future as well.

Read to the end for a special offer.

The first card that I made, I created for a Card Swap that I am in with some other demonstrators.  We each choose different stamp sets and create 16 of the same card and send them out. Then we get back 16 different cards using different stamps and that way we have lots of samples to show at our events.  Here is the card I created for the swap.

Once I made this card with the more traditional coneflower colors, I knew I needed to make some  as daisies or sunflowers, maybe black-eyed Susans. Take a look at all the versions I came up with. Clicking the photo will take you to a supply list for that card.

This version uses the die that cuts out a mini flower shaped card, so cute.

And of course if one flower is pretty, then surely three flowers are three times more pretty!

These next samples used the stamped images for the flower. These could be easily cut out if you don't have a die cut machine. I kept these simple with watercolor pencils to show that simple and less expensive can be lovely too.   I also wanted to show the inside because Stampin' Up! did a great job with the sentiments with this stamp set.  There are inside sentiments to go with the outside sentiments.

The paper I used for this card has just sold out but I wanted to still show it because there are some other Night of Navy options in the Mediterranean Blooms Designer Paper.

Here are some pretty samples in Daffodil Delight. The first uses Daffodil Delight Cardstock without the stamps and just the dies for the flowers.

This second one used the stamped flower with Daffodil ink on Daffodil cardstock. I then used colored pencils to add more details. I love how that turned out.

For the daisies I used Basic White cardstock but added a little bit of sponging. Here the background is a gingham check on Vellum, so soft and pretty!

and last but not least, a version in bold and bright colors.
It truly was a fun day and I could have kept going and going, but I needed to clean up to start on some cards for next week's Card Buffet!

I want you to have as much fun as I did, so if you purchase the Coneflower Celebrations bundle from me in July or August, I will send you a couple card kits to make a couple of these cards with your new stamps! I say July AND August because I just noticed that the set is on back-order! bummer! but that's because it is so pretty! The expected day for them to be restocked is July 17th, so not too long.  Did you know that you can click on a button in the online store that tells them to let you know when an item is back in-stock? How great is that? You can find it when you click on the product in the online store. It will look like this below, but with your email, not mine :)

If you have the set, or when you get it, share with us what you create! I have a group on Facebook that allows you to share your creations. It's called Beth's Paper Cuts Idea Sharing Group. It is for primarily Stampin Up products and fans and you can share or get inspired. That is the Stampin' Up! motto ' Inspire, Create, Share'.  Here is a link to that group. https://www.facebook.com/groups/bethspapercuts

I made a video that shows these cards up close inside and out and explains some of the dies in more detail. You can watch it here:
