I also like these little birds from the For the Birds set.

Now, I have a good sense of accomplishment because I have finished my leftovers!
Thanks for stopping by!

It comes with papers and lots of embellishments, mostly calender pieces like names of the month, dates, "birthday" "anniversary" etc. great to make a digital calender, but also great for cards and scrapbook pages.
Sweetly Nested Family tree. This is a cute template. The tree comes already done for you as a template page, but you also get stamps images of the tree trunk and leaves, as well as the brackets. You can add to or delete from the template. you also get the birds and heart flowers in your embellishments. The great thing about this is, I can make one for each of my three children and I only have to change the one text box at the base of the tree :)

This also used the world traveler kit. The map paper is of the great lakes, which is where the picture takes place!

I used markers to ink up the stamp, (lucky limeade and melon mambo) colored in the seeds with a black marker, then stamped it onto Whisper White paper. I then pressed the image into a versamark pad and sprinkled it with Melon Scented Embossing powder. Next I used my heat tool to melt the Embossing Powder and cut the image out. .jpg)
I made a super quick card for today. The stamps and paper from yesterday's post were still out on my desk, so I decided to use the flowers without the jar for a very fast card. The base of the card is Gumball Green, the patterned paper is from the Orchard Harvest designer series paper pack, and the ribbon is Raspberry Ripple stitched ribbon. I cut the white and raspberry backgrounds with the Apothecary Accents framelits dies. Quick card and a quick post, school starts on Monday and I am not quite ready! WOW did summer go fast!!

On Friday I posted a monster Double Peek-A-Boo card. That card was for a little boys birthday and was instantly taken over by my 5 year old Zachary. While making a new monster card I decided to make a Halloween version for a swap I am in this month. These cards are actually easy to make, especially after I watched the video by Dawn Griffith.
