Sometimes when a new Mini Catalog comes out, I forget about the wonderful items in the Annual Catalog. I wanted to show you a great bundle from the Annual Catalog that would be really great for a card this season as the last of the flowers in my garden are blooming, the sunflowers starting to seed. I also have a large plant grouping that I don't even know what it is, large grasses, that get these beautiful yellow tufts of flowers in September. The colors in the garden are different now, no more bright pinks but all yellows and reds. Fall is my Favorite. The Quite Meadow samples that Stampin' Up! made are perfect for me. Take a look at some of their samples.
For this sample the flowers were stamped and then just giving a quick brush of color.
I like how this simple this sample is. A few stamped images for a background and some die cuts layered on top. So simple but so pretty.
This one might be my favorite. The Die cuts were colored with the Water Brush and ink. Some Gold splatters make this card both earthy and simple, yet elegant.
The Butterfly background here is super fun in the brushed gold. So pretty.
The stamps in this set are lovely, especially if you love to make your own layered backgrounds, like I do! But Those DIES!! WOW!! I just love these dies. I hope to use this set a lot in the coming weeks. Check back for more samples.
If you would like to try one of these, here is a quick PDF recipe file for some of the samples shown in this post: https://s.tamp.in/Z5XymT
