November Seasonal Sale info now posted!

For as long as I can remember Stampin' Up! has had a sale mid November and this year is no exception. But, what is different is what is On Sale.  In the past I have seen some overstock items or things like Halloween that just passed.  This Year however the sale is perfect for every crafter for any season!

Save 10% on cardstock. 15% off Ink Pads.  20% off dies! Start taking a look at your craft stash and see what colors of cardstock you are low on. We could probably all use some Reds and Greens to replenish our inventory after making Holiday projects.  Are there some Ink Pad colors you don't have yet? Now's the time to add some more of Stampin' Up's beautiful colors to your collection.  And don't forget the dies!  There are several dies that I use all the time, such as 'Stitched So Sweetly' or 'Tailor Made Tags'.  There are a LOT of dies that don't need stamps, so now is a great time to add them to your collection. Take a look at Basic Borders, Layering Diorama, Picture This and Give it a Whirl.  There is even one that I don't have (Gasp!) called Stitched Greenery that I have had on my wish list for a while now but never got.  Now's my time to get it!

Did you know that Demonstrators get to take advantage of their discount as well as any promotional sale prices?  They do! Yippee!  Now is a great time to join.  Get any $125 worth of products for only $75 with the Start with Savings promotion.  Join before the Seasonal Sale and use your discount on any additional products! No further obligations so there is no risk! Watch my join video for more information or contact me and  I can answer any questions you may have.

I have compiled a list of dies that do not need stamps to use (I did this because sometimes we buy dies that go with stamp sets and forget that there are dies that don't have to have stamp sets and we over look those).  These would be great to get now during the die sale. The prices listed are the regular prices, take 20% off for the sale.

Stampin' Events for November

I wanted to start this month with a big thank you! I'm so grateful to have you as part of my community of creative friends. This month is packed with reasons to celebrate and I look forward to sharing lots of ideas with you!

It's the start of a new fiscal year for Stampin' Up! and that means we review last year and how we did; what we want to change and what things were successful. I want to thank all of you who helped make this hard year a good one for my little business. I was able to earn a level one award in all three categories of Sales, Leadership and Team Building.

Thank you to all who have ordered this past year. I hope that your craft hobby helped get through those days of staying home! What a year! I think I sent more cards that ever before!

Having a team has been really fun and we are learning new ways to get together with Online meetings this year!  If you ever thought about joining, now is a great time! From Nov. 4th to Nov. 30th you can join for just $75!!  You still get the same great starter kit that is normally $99 but now just $75!  Choose ANY $125 worth of products and only pay $75 plus tax.  Then you will get demonstrator benefits (can you say discount?!) and access to demonstrator websites until the end of your first full quarter. If you decide you want to continue, you would need to meet a sales or purchase quota of $300 by April, but there is NO obligation to do so.  You can just test it out until then and decide what you want to do. Contact me with questions or watch my new video about the special to learn more.

Big Shout Out to my team mates who promoted this year! Great Job! It was no easy feat this past year.  Thank you for your participation in meetings and swaps. I hope you will continue on and join in even more this new year!

Starting November 2nd you can get your hands on the early-release of the delightful Eden's Garden Collection, plus exclusive coordinating products, that won't be available for long!

As always, feel free to contact me at any time! I love to discuss all things stampy!
Sincerely,
Beth

Tied Back Curtain Technique featuring Eden's Garden

Today I played around with the Eden's Garden collection from Stampin' Up!  This collection is part Early Release and Part Limited Release.

The Stamps and dies are an Early Release bundle that will be in the next Spring Mini catalog. Yay! So glad that it will be around for a long time!! The Papers and gems are Limited Release and only available while supplies last.  The papers are gorgeous with accents of gold foil. The Gems are iridescent and pick up colors or greens, reds and more depending on what colors they are near.

I decided to do a fun paper fold technique for my first card with this new bundle.  It's a Tied Back Curtain that reveals the sentiment. It's really easy to do and you can see how in my step by step video below.

I used Evening Evergreen for my card base and both Evening Evergreen and Soft Succulent inks.

I stamped the sentiment in Evening Evergreen on Basic White, then punched it out with the Double Oval punch.  I punched a larger oval from the same punch in Evening Evergreen and layered the two ovals together.   I added some die cuts from the Eden Dies behind the sentiment to  better pair it with the pretty paper.

The 'Curtain' is tied back with some Evening Evergreen Open Weave Ribbon.

Standing Treat Holder with the Be Jolly Stamp Set from Stampin' Up!

Hi Everyone. Today I want to share a super cute Standing Treat Holder using the Be Jolly stamp set from Stampin' Up!

This is a Great treat holder for any season and can fit a lot of things.  You can make it slimmer or wider depending on what you want to hold. I wanted to fit some Hot Chocolate and a Candy Cane! These treat holders stand on their own and would be so nice placed on a co-workers desk or given to teachers, or anyone who you want to give a little treat to this Holiday Season.

The back of the treat holder has an easel stand to hold it up. Super easy to make.   See how in the video below.

I love the images in the Be Jolly stamp set. They are very classic and simple, great for cards and scrapbooking and easy to color with Stampin' Blends, Markers, or other mediums.

I used Stampin' Blends to color the Santa.  Here I used Real Red, Ivory, Flirty Flamingo and Black. I also added some shimmer to the hat brim, puff ball and cuffs with the Wink of Stella pen.

The Designer Series Paper on this project is from Heart Warming Hugs Designer Series Paper.

I used the Tailor Made Tags dies to make the tag.

This would be a great die set to add to your collection. The set has 8 different tags and even little hole reinforcers for a cute accent of color.

Shop with me! I would love to be your demonstrator.  I always send a hand stamped thank you card and sometimes more with a larger order, and I share my Stampin' Rewards with you through my Frequent Buyer Rewards! Earn FREE STAMPS! Click on the Frequent buyer tab to download the tracking sheet.
