Using up some scraps!

Hi everyone! Today I want to share a card I made to use up all my Flowers For Every Season Designer Series Paper.  I had a lot of scraps because I had just cut a whole bunch of card kits with this paper for my "Jar of Flowers Stamp Camp To Go".  (You can see that here)
With all those scraps, I knew I need to use them up, so I created these two cards to use a large amount of scraps.  Here I paired the paper with the Medium Daisy Punch and a sentiment from the Peaceful Moments stamp set.  The card base is Cinnamon Cider and the Ribbon is Just Jade.

You can see the how to video here:

The Flowers for Every Season Designer Series paper is super cute and all the patterns work so nicely together that it was simple to make up some cute projects with these scraps.  These smaller scraps were left over when I trimmed the ends off of the first card.

We have been talking about scraps in my Facebook Group, "Beth's Paper Cuts Idea Sharing Group." We've been sharing ways to organize scraps and how to use them up. I hope that you join us there.  You can share your projects or just take a look at what other's are doing.  https://www.facebook.com/groups/bethspapercuts/

Shop with me! I would love to be your demonstrator.  I always send a hand stamped thank you card and sometimes more with a larger order, and I share my Stampin' Rewards with you through my Frequent Buyer Rewards! Earn FREE STAMPS! Click on the Frequent buyer tab to download the tracking sheet.

Flowers For Every Season

Flowers for Every Season Suite

Long before it was a Covid-19 thing, stampers were masking - in a fun way!

Crafters make masking cool and I'm excited to share this simple and useful stamping technique with you. This card also features several new products from the gorgeous Flowers For Every Season Suite.

Masking is a simple technique that blocks off areas of a project to create white space. It can create a faux layering effect or highlight an area for a greeting or focal point. Masking can be loose and artsy with torn edges or precise straight lines or shapes depending on what you use to create your mask.

I hope you enjoy this card that shows the beauty you can create with these lovely new stamps, ink, and paper! If you are in my Facebook Group "Beth's Paper Cuts Idea Sharing Group" you will notice that I used the Flowers For Every Season paper for my Mystery Card Kits this month. If you are not part of that group, consider joining and participating in some Stamp Challenges.

As always, feel free to contact me at any time! I love to discuss all things stampy!
Sincerely,
Beth
