Birthday Memories

Hi Everyone!  Today I want to show you a collection of products that will be released soon called the Birthday Memories Suite.  This is an adorable collection of images that will remind you of older style children's books.  The artist really captured the feeling of the "golden books" that I used to read as a child and that I read to my children.
This suite includes a fun paper collection called Birthday Memories, and a stamp set called Birthday Delivery and a Framelit collection that co-ordinates called Birthday Friends.  The dies in this collection cut out both the stamped images from the stamp set, as well as the printed images on the Designer Series Paper.

I made a collection of projects to show off the images in the set.  This little poodle on the left reminds me of a book called Go Dogs Go, where the dogs are on their way to a party.  The little fox on the right was a project we made at the OnStage event a few weeks ago.  The fox was cut from the designer paper.

This baker is a cutie with his big mustache.  He is writing Happy Birthday onto his menu board.

This sweet little girl actually has her back to us, maybe she is shy.  I added a little bouquet of flowers to her hands. The framelit also cuts out a little girl in the papers, and that girl is facing forward.

I made a video showing off the papers and stamps, as well as how to make a "Bag-a-Lope".  You can see it here...

And a video for the Z-Fold Card only...

Bag-a-Lopes are a really handy little project that is good to know how to make.  It is a perfect treat holder in a pinch, and fits a gift card or some candy, or the ever popular 'cash'.   You can make a Bag-a-Lope from any size envelope.  I show how to make one using the standard Stampin' Up! envelopes in the video.

This is a gift bag made from a single sheet of the Designer Series paper.  The paper is just so cute you really don't need to do anything to this one at all.  I used the Envelope Punch board to make the bag.

And this is a super fun card! I saw one similar to this on the display boards at OnStage in Minneapolis and knew I had to make one when I got home.  I am going to make a seperate blog post with more directions and sized for tomorrow. I thought I would recreate it step by step with some photos so it is easier to see how it goes together.

Well I hope that you enjoyed this sneak peek!  The new catalog goes live for customers on June 1st!  Contact me if you have any questions!!
