Sneak Peek at the new Nature's Symphony bundle from Stampin' Up!

Hi Stampin' friends.  Today I am playing around with the new Nature's Symphony stamp set and dies from Stampin' Up!  This set will be in the new January - April mini catalog that comes out on Tues January 6th.

I loved the large leaf sprig die so much, so I knew that I wanted to use it as a focal point. I cut it out with Pretty Peacock and then actually worked back from that.

The new Nature Walk designer series paper is all patters of deep blues and greens, which are my favorites. The patterns are abstract and geometric in design.

Flip Flap Card!

Hi Everyone! Today I am honored to be the guest tutorial writer at SplitcoastStampers! I love this site! They have a vast resource for paper craft techniques and an amazing gallery of card photos, alphabetized by stamp set name, for years of stamps from Stampin' Up!   You can search for cards made with Lovely as a  Tree, for example, and find over 10000 cards (I'm not kidding, I checked) of cards made with this set.   I was asked to make a tutorial for a card I made a year or so back that I called the Flip Flap card.  Here is what I made! Fun right! I love that when you pull on the ribbon, the door opens up and there is a silly little cow saying "Cow's it going?"  I send one to a friend who was recouping, I hope it brought a smile.  Here is a link to the written tutorial: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/flipflapcard and the video I made.

I made a few other versions. The first is with the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set.

And this next card uses the A Little Lace stamp set.  It would be a fun one to send your friend for no reason at all, just for fun.

I made a few cards with this technique a while ago, back in 2017.  You can see that post here: http://bethrush-bethspapercuts.blogspot.com/2017/04/grateful-bunch-flip-flap-card.html

And a couple more here: http://bethrush-bethspapercuts.blogspot.com/2017/02/flip-flap-card.html

I hope that you will give this technique a try.  If you do, please share it with me!  You can upload your card to the Splitcoaststampers gallery.  You can also show it to me on my Facebook group page called "Beth's Paper Cuts Idea Sharing Group"  I hope you will join my group and share with me. It is nice to get ideas and share them too!

Shop with me! I would love to be your demonstrator.  I always send a hand stamped thank you card and sometimes more with a larger order, and I share my Stampin' Rewards with you through my Frequent Buyer Rewards! Earn FREE STAMPS! Click on the Frequent buyer tab to download the tracking sheet.

New Blended Season bundle and Free Kit offer

Hi everyone! Today I want to share a new, Limited Edition stamp set from Stampin' Up!  This stamp set is only available in August. I have to say that I just love it, the set is large and the dies are just lovely! I especially like the stitched label set in three sizes.

The stitching on the dies is on both the inside and outside of the cut piece.  This is cool because you can use the negative piece to make a nice frame and it will still have the stitching.  clever!

Notice how here I cut out a label piece for my main card image, but I can still use the left over piece for another card.

On this one I used the largest and medium dies, then used the cut out on the Christmas card.

When you purchase the Blended Seasons Bundle in August I will send you a kit to make the 3 cards shown here. You will get all the cardstock, ribbon and embellishments needed, just use your own inks and adhesives.  watch this video to learn more! Use host codeVGA7FR4A.

Also just released is a new assortment of Watercolor Pencils! I was so happy to see this!!!  The new colors really add to the collection. Balmy Blue, Night of Navy, Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry, Flirty Flamingo, Granny Apple Green, Garden Green, Gorgeous Grape, Coastal Cabana, Cherry Cobbler.

Remember, I always share my host rewards with you! Don't forget to download the Frequent Buyer rewards program sheet and start earning points toward free stamps!
You can find the tracker under the blog header.

And to make matters even better, Bonus Days have started! Earn a $5 coupon for every $50 you spend in August, redeem the coupons in September! Just in time for the new Holiday catalog that goes live in September!

Stampin' Up! Foxy Friends!

Hi everyone! Today I wanted to share some cards I made with the Foxy Friends bundle from Stampin' Up!  I am just loving all the cute animals that I can make with this set!!

First up is the Fox of course!  We made these as a couple of the projects at my last Stamp Camp.  The book mark is fun and would be really cute to give with a book for someone's birthday or any occasion.  My daughter Jillian took my sample the minute I came home.  She saw me making the samples and so when class was over she immediately asked what happened to the fox bookmark.

Here is the little Reindeer that I shared a couple days ago on my Christmas in July post.

This little mouse is so cute with his cheesy background!

This sweet little frog is just so cute!!!

And of course a cat!

The Foxy Friends bundle is so cute and right now, with the Bonus days going on, it is the perfect time to pick up this set!!   Bonus days runs through July and if you spend $50 you get a $5 coupon to use in August.  The Foxy Friends bundle is not quite $50  ($40.50) but you are going to love the coordinating 'A Little Foxy' designer series paper stack ($10.00) which will get you to $50!

I also wanted to point out another fun thing you can do with the Foxy Friends bundle!  The Snow Place stamp set has little hats and scarves, ear muffs and ties, that you can also fit on the Fox and Friends set!  How fun!

The Snow Place stamp set has a Framelits set called Snow Friends that will cut out the pieces from the Snow Place stamp set.

For the next two weeks I will send out this fun collection of Fox and Friends animal pals with  the normal hand stamped thank you card that I send to my online shoppers.  You can use the animals as inspiration for how to make your own animals from this set, or you can pop the little animals off the sheet and use them on your own projects!   Stamp campers you can use the hostess code SGC9RVM6 if your are placing an online order, or you can email or call me with an order.

And if you order in July you will get my cute animal sheet as well as the Bonus days coupon if your order reaches $50 or more.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to add that if you use the 'no contact' option when you order online, I will not get your information to send you the foxy animal sheet.  The No Contact option is there for those of you who don't want a bunch of spam, which I understand!  But then I don't get your address to send you a thank you card, or this month, this fun animal sheet.  You can email your address or choose that I can contact you, which ever you like.  I just don't want you to miss out on your sheet.  Thankfully the two people who ordered today emailed me with their information! YAY! I don't want to miss someone and I do love to send out a handmade thank you note to my customers!
